Important Notice
Prices displayed reflect the lowest available price for the respective stateroom category (Inside, Oceanview, Balcony etc.) and are per person based on double occupancy, unless solo traveler (1 passenger is selected). Overall average passenger price may be lower if 3rd to 8th passengers are travelling in the stateroom. All fares are valid for new bookings only (FIT), capacity controlled, and subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Promo Prices are valid for a limited number of cabins per category. The company reserves the right to recall the Promo Prices at any given time without prior notice.

Not included in the Cruise fare

Shore excursions, use of wellness area on most ships and health and beauty treatments, selected on-board activities as well as personal expenses. The speciality restaurants have à la carte pricing or a cover charge of between US $ 15 and US $ 39,99 p.p.

General Notes

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they fulfil all passport and visa requirements for all countries visited during the cruise and when travelling to and from the port of embarkation/disembarkation.
• EU citizens need a full passport which must be valid for a minimum of six months beyond their return.
• A passport is also required for all European sailings (exception: citizens of Schengen States cruising on itineraries that do not leave EU territory).
• During most cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line personnel will need to retain your passport. You therefore have to carry a second government-issued photo ID with you at all times. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to provide all necessary documentation. 
• Guests are not entitled to a refund if entry into any foreign territory or boarding is denied due to lack of proper documents. 
• If you would like to go ashore in Russia (St. Petersburg) independently, i.e. not as part of an organized Shore Excursion by Norwegian Cruise Line, you need to obtain a valid tourist visa prior to your cruise.
• In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name and mobile number) of this person.
• In order to confirm a booking a 30% deposit is require of the bookings’ total price. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure date. Any booking made in the period of less than 30 days full payment of the booking is required.

30-22 days before departure: 35% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
21-15 days before departure: 50% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
14-08 days before departure: 75% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
7 days and less before departure: 95% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants

6-night cruise and longer
Up to 31 days before departure: 10% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
30-22 days before departure: 35% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
21-15 days before departure: 50% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
14-08 days before departure: 75% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
7 days and less before departure: 95% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants

For Garden Villas (category H1/S1) and upper suite cabins (categories H2-H9, S2-S7, S9, SA and SB) different cancellation fees per person apply:

90-30 days before departure: 45% of the travel fare for 1^st to 8^th person, children and infants
